From personal experiences, I feel that ever since the
implementation of distance fares, inconsistency becomes more
apparent in terms of distance calculation and fare deducted.
Even though TransitLink now make it easier now to claim
refunds, i wonder how many commuters would even do that as most of
them do not even bother to see when tapping out. Just wondering if
this will improve over time or if anything can be done to
rectify.
