Duh, i also know 48 is a WAB service. 
But do also consider that the recent allocations
of new Citaros have been to BB & HG, with the last of the BN
Citaros as 6116L 6117J and 6126H.
Either way, BN has not gotten new Citaros for a very long time
alr compared to BB & HG. So as long as BN has sufficient WAB
SDs to utilise as Spares, then the probable WAB fleet adds for 48
should be okay. I'm just trying to speak from the logical point of
view, since none of the depots has ever been left without any SP SD
WABs (either KUBs or Citaros) so far.
Anyway, if you add 2 more WABs to 48 to either depot, the % of
WABs for 48 would have hit 61%. So if those 2 slots currently
occupied by the AR Mk3s are replaced by the abundant Citaros in BB,
the 2 fleet adds contributed by BN need not be WAB at
all.
Hmm... Let's just wait and see this weekend.
Who knows, BNDEP might pull out K230UBs from a non-WAB service
for 48's fleet add and replace that affected service with MK4
DM.
