operate at different times.
yes. both of them more or less duplicate but at least 98A starts
from lakeside MRT (empty bus)
by the time 98M arrive at that bus-stop, no space for commuters
to take 98M due to loading from jurong west/east ave 1 (though not
relatively heavy)
