thing is, it's better to off service back using direct routing than
to incurr buses to make a revenue trip back
it depends on the trade-off you get from off service back to CCK/BP
vs erratic frequencies on the return leg. The reason for 190A was
to facillitate faster turnaround of its buses back to CCK but as
the am peak progresses it would make sense to terminate at new
bridge rd then off service to cck.
Lets say the forward trip is 2-4min and the return is 10-12min.
Means for every 4 buses, 3 will turn back to do another forward
trip. If the forward trip is 5-6min and return is 10-12min its only
every other bus that turns around.
