TIB1105H broke down along Admiralty Rd just before the bus stop
of Marsiling CC.
EDS was switched to "Off Service"
Rear engine cover was opened, no breakdown triangle placed at
rear of bus & no SMRT maintenance truck was at site.
Time of spotting: 0814hrs
