You are wrong.
From the information given by Sgwiki, Sgbuses and Singapore
Buses Wiki, O405 OACs and CACs carries 85 people, while OC500LE
carries 90 people. Why did you say that O405s carry more
people?
That is what I feel coz passengers put their baggages on the
floor of OCs at the wheelchair area, therefore less ppl can stand
there. Whereas on OAC, there are more seats.
Furthermore, I rephrased TIB770T's answer of it can handle load
better.
