SBS8649C has been very inactive from Service 315. Its slot on 315 is getting subbed by other KUBs/Citaros daily.

I'm not doubting you, but we all know recently HG services are quite unstable in deployments with the many extra Citaros replacing the permers on the various services (look at the 109 Striders weeks back flying around but still back on 109 this week, and you get what i mean). Keep observing, and since HG's perm stickers are quite up-to-date, finding the perm stix is the most reliable.
