No. It depends on the number of S-Shifts a service get. The first S-Shift the service got would be S101, subsequently S102, then S103 etc. Also to take note is that there is S201, S202, S203 etc. S1 operate during peak hours, while S2s operate during school peak hours

However for SMRTB if a duty code contains 5 in the 2nd digit (E.g. S151, S252), it normally means that the duty does a crossover to another service.

For Sch-H Week it just means holiday timesheet. It will revert to normal after the school holidays

No la..Weekday Convert 1 A to 1 E and by un-sharing the bus = add 1 P; while Holiday1 is convert 1 A and 1 E into 2 S and add 1 P due to un-sharing of the bus.

if you are aiming so many Merc at Toa Payoh then might as well camp for 3-4 hours there.

How does TQ shift for SMRT buses work? is it common on the weekends?

3/4 shift, similar to T-shift for SBST. This shift will start at around 8-9am in the morning and will end about 5-6pm in the evening. More common on weekends compare to weekdays (which some bus services have weekday T-shifts though).
