the batch from SBS9091D to SBS9110H are extended by 2 years to
2013 except for 9096/9098/9103/9104/9106/9110.
LTA most likely expand the lifespan for the balance LO3x by 2
years as well, as the Wright are coming in slowly and there is a
need to keep the Lo3x (since they are only 17yd) as there are more
than 50 mercs that need to be go off by this year...
There had 200 LO3xs initially, SBST had ordered 150 Wrights
earlier on. So, might be very hard to get the other 50 DDs (maybe
Wright Batch 2 again) to replace the rest of 50 LO3xs.
