I've tried many stalls. Nothing beats the ones located at
Clementi Food Centre and Queestown Hawker Centre.
Their carrot cake alone, before frying, tastes extremely nice with
fragrance. It's a must try and very much better than those found at
the kopitiam for sure. 
Btw, I'll order black normally but for these two stalls, both taste
great to me!
