of course, the idea is to con people that they 'bought' new
buses and justify the fare hike. lol
Haha, that might actually work. Most of the general public are
not really able to identify if the bus is new or actually been
refurbished.
Could be probably due to smrt's recent aggressive refurbishment
of buses, especially their elbos which looks quite new from the
outside with its full glass windows and zero step boarding.
Even overheard someone trying to figure out if a smrt citaro on
75 was new or just simply massively refurbished. 
Of course, to refurbish a old bus into one that looks new still
need it's bodyworks to be able to hide its age. Credit has to be
given to hispano for this.
