As last bus?
I'm not sure why but seems like all SMRT buses services are
starting to get quiet after 2230 though, 856 2nd last bus a bendy
slot also like very 'quiet'.
Guess some amendments should be made though, such as 161 last
bus should be a DD and some last bus a rigid slot, if possible.
Packed buses are usually during the peak hours.
As for off peak hours, it should cool down aft 2230 - 2300
period except Sat. Only possible exception is 170 (KRJ - Larkin
leg) & 170X.
Maybe others are like 5, 66.
