i would think that he always stand near the BC cabin, chat with the BC and caused the boarding to be slower and delay the bus further... and i guess his food...

do you know of a term called peak within peak? When say 50 - 60% of people starting lesson at say either 8am or 9am?

so what if it's NUS students? Their queue at Clementi can be very long

I do agree with Bro acx that 113 dun need DD. Some other services really squeeze till the front door but still yet to get DD. I’ve took 113 before and I find that the capacity still ok. 321 got DD was 10 years ago. At that point of time NEL yet to start revenue. And 321 DD Was not even full everytime. 325 got DD before, should 325 get DD too, since route extended?

Some food for thought for you:

More trips does not necessarily mean more buses, it can just mean a repositioning of buses from one point to another, in this case they just have to ensure there are buses running on the sector with more demand (113A).

Wouldn't it make more sense to place a DD on another route which requires it more than 113?

And logically speaking, why would you want to have a DD coming less frequently than a SD coming more frequently?
