I meant the Mk IIs, obviously people dint get it.
If you had taken the Mk IIs on 170, you would realise they were
way better than the Mk IIIs. The 170 bus in my memory will always
be the Mk IIs.
When i think of MK2s, it often reminds me of their bright
interior because of their non tinted sliding windows. Acceleration
is pretty good too and the best was the fresh air it bought into
the interior especially in the morning along bukit timah.
Although the engine was quite loud and their doors became pretty
loose in the final years, it was really a joy to ride in one.
