The centre line is very very serious case. Involves safety
issues.
Like who ok the bus to leave the depot?
BC conducted pre-start inspection before moving out?
How far did the bus travel before enough nuts and bolts came
off?
How? Were safety checks compromised?

BC should hav heard the knockin noise before it came off
seems the travelin speed is slow before it happened.
from picture - some bolt holes r bigger than
normal so seems its not a 1 day proceeding or some of the nuts were
not even there from day 1
i dun work for sbs or smrt so no idea on their daily
pre-operation checks
