obvious the building design or road design has serious flaws..

not that hard to figure out.. when u look at the layout of NEX, and the attached interchange, u wondered which architect designed it and whos the person who approved such a plan...

The man who claimed he cared for bus driver. But in reality, action is sorry, smaller bus int to maximise govt's profits w/ shopping mall..

MBT is beri good in packaging, tell you how good integrated bus hub is when in reality how horrible it is.. And he makes ultra profit from it

Profit because Clementi HDB Mall is commercialised to SPH... Higher rental once it changes hands w/ 'concepts'

Erm..not really.but it is not a good idea to construct but not open as you know some will complain so I just want to confirm the date opening to them.So they can stop talking or complaining.
