SMB134H is still an 858 property, So that means she is still
perm.
Special run only applies to Sunday/PH route, Where that
particular service is extended to some other place, eg 969 on Pasir
ris on Sunday, 178 to Sembawang on a Sunday etc. other than that,
normal fleeting rules still apply.
