99 drivers loves to cao geng - drive at an
unreasonably slow speed, they run less trips get same pay
mentality, no need to work so hard.
its common to see 3/4 sv99, sometimes 5/6 bunching after a
painful 30min wait. second reason is because
as the route is too long as it's a loop svc, headway isnt
adjusted clementi bound from jw st 91. getting sv99 to
terminate somewhere at jurong west might resolve a few of these
