Both SBS Transit and SMRT buses met the Quality of Service (QoS)
standards for the six month period from June to November last
year.
The Public Transport Council (PTC) said SBS Transit maintained
its performance while SMRT Buses improved on its adherance to
schedule headway or frequency.
PTC Chairman Gerard Ee said the council is pleased that both
public bus operators met the QoS standards set and have also
recently undertaken further service improvements.
He hopes the operators will continue to do more to further improve
the quality of public transport for commuters.

I think Gerard Ee is living in his own world. Been waited
for 25 to 30 mins at Bt Panjang Interchange for Sv 700
recently.
