Traffic generally not very heavy.... most services in Serangoon has poor/average frequencies anyway, and many services dont get much boarding activites there.. like 81 82 101 103 ie. those affected by NEL in 2004 as for the current interchange, best economic sense will be to sell the land and build a mid-end condominium

SBS1869ERyan SG The problem now is the routing105 will be the most problematicI fully agree with you. 105 goes through Boundary Rd and turns into S'goon Ave 2... If the new interchange is there then it'll be very difficult.
