Are there any bus ply Hu Ching Rd in the past?Thought saw a SBS bus pass by Jurong Town Pri Sch when i was a kid

156 was under BBDEP/AMDEP when it was Clementi - Serangoon. WHen the route from Serangoon extended to Sengkang, the depot control became BBDEP/HGDEP, as Serangoon services fell under the AMDEP control.

107 was still AMDEP until it was extended to Hougang to partly replace Sv 82.

156 was under BBDEP/AMDEP when it was Clementi - Serangoon. When the route from Serangoon extended to Sengkang, the depot control became BBDEP/HGDEP, as Serangoon services fell under the AMDEP control.

Reverted back to FAC service after being extended to Sengkang.

Anyway, 156 and 159's fleets were upgraded from PAC to FAC.

It was used since 1972, a short-lived terminus in Outram Park. UBC 159 used to termiante at Outram Park from Toa Payoh.

The service was apparently replaced by 151 during its 1974 bus rationalidation by just extending its route to Outam Park from South Canal Rd and in the laetr years, the service was amended again to terminate at New Bridge Rd somewhere in 1976/77.

The 3rd amendment took place in June 2006 when the temporary interchange opened. The 4th amendment took place in March this year.

Tat stretch along Boon Lay Way (Bet Toh Tuck Ave & Jurong East St 11/ Toh Guan Rd) has developed so much so tat the whole stretch are industrial bldgs these days

Yeah, that is where Synergy and Cougar Logistics are located too. Anyway, there is one huge distribution park just after Toh Tuck Ave. I believe that is fully operational now.

I believe 196 was never made a loop service, once Marine Parade terminal closed it was immediately extended to Bedok.
