MK2 are Non aircon buses tat came in 1987. MKIII are all AIRCON buses.

How could the MK2 be deployed on Sentosa Svs when they're non aircon buses?

No, I never ever say Mark IIs serve Sentosa Services, I am quoting TIB 781 L's post on what are the models and not Iveco's post. Look at the previous page. If you still can't get it clear, looks like i had to repost all of the conversation between me and Vicamour.

1st: alrdy mentioned 1696 - 1895 are MK2. You disputed tat 1695 cannot be LA as what you claimed. There's only 200 MK2 purchased by SBS'78.

2nd: You disputed MKIII was never used on Sentosa though there are picture and evidence tat the SC MK4 only appeared 1 yr later.

1st: alrdy mentioned 1696 - 1895 are MK2. You disputed tat 1695 cannot be LA as what you claimed.

For your both points:

1st: I don't know LA serve 1637 - 1695 at first and I thought all buses were Mark IIs.

2nd: I also don't know Mark IIIs serve Sentosa earlier on.

Both of your points I realised my mistake, but it's you who claimed that I say Mark IIs serve Sentosa. So I think you should go and get your claim clear.

For your statements, Leyland Atlanteans did not have these license plate numbers. Mark IIs have these license plate numbers.

And one more thing, why did you say that they are Mark IIIs at first? Tell me seriously, what are the models in reality?

In fact, Mark IIIs did not serve as Sentosa buses. Mark IVs that come to Singapore in 1993 serve as Sentosa buses.

No, they are all Volvo B10M MK3s for the Sentosa buses, under SBS Leisure. The MK IIs weren't even air con buses when these Sentosa bus services were in service in the mid 1990s.

The Mk IIs were only converted to CAC from the 2000s onwards.

582-881 are MKIIIs and the early series 6** were used for the Sentosa fleet before the PA registered MKIVs came into the scene.

Then let me tell u as I've posted in prev page, SBS did practice running numbers for registration before streamlining SD and DD's rego order.

as for strange, I think there's clones in tis forum alrdy.

Come on, no need to quarrel.

The MK3s have done Sentosa services before for services A, B, C, and E which respectively from World Trade Centre terminal, Tiong Bahru MRT and Orchard Road. Forgot another place it plies.

But a short while later SBS Leisure brought in the PSV Soon Chow Volvo B10M MK4s, together with PSV Soon Chow Scania L113 for AirBus services. That's when MK4s replaced the MK3s for Sentosa services. The affected MK3s were then repainted back to SBS livery and put into revenue services for SBS services, till now.

MAybe someone here can talk about the Sentosa bus services under SBS Leisure and the bus deployments.
