Today juz now at around 4pm, he drove off after letting a passenger alight without letting anyone to board though the back part of the bus is empty...After waiting for more than 15 minutes...The person beside me noted down the bus no. plate (TIB810L) and the destination and he said he wanted to lodge a complaint. :(

I know. But I think the wait for 188 from last year was very long and I have waited for it up to 1 hour. All the bus were full and were very infrequent.
