Do you mean the new route after Yishun Dam? Mm maybe SBST can consider extending 103 to Yishun Int instead? But doubt so as there's some part of the route duplicating 854 (along YCK).

Hmm, sort of. Currently from yishun dam to seletar west link, still have to pass thru a very winding and narrow road.

Until the portion of the road circled in red opens, then i hope some bus co will open up the route.

got a feeling SMRT will sabo 965 to skip the expressway and cross this link instead.. can ferry lots of NSFs and regulars for revenue.... LOL... Then 965 that plies expressway becomes 965E.

After you uploaded on Photobucket, click on the 'Post Reply' box ove here. Look out for the 'Insert/edit image' button(pic of a tree) on left top of text box. Once you click, another small window will pop out. Then, copy your pic Direct Link from Photobucket and paste into the Image URL into the 'Insert/edit image' window. Please note that you can't copy photo and directly paste into textbox.
