negligence =/= murder.
Why not the public try being a BC next time, and see what will
happen to them if they get into an accident? seriously i can feel
for the BCs though, getting shouted at etc for no good reason, when
an accident cause a life to be gone just like that, they are
suspended/gone, but for this case the majority of the fault lies in
the pedestrians. not the BC.
