Yah. Later make the bus dirty, and then cockroaches appearing in the bus later if it's not cleaned up. Already got one bus SBS513M had a small cockroach at the back of the seat, that was last Thursday on sv 13.

Hmm. Eating & drinking in the bus is not legalised although there are notices putting up that No Eating & Drinking is allowed in the bus. (Hmm, I repeated it over many times) There's nothing we can do about it.. unless ppl who simply litter the bus and invited unwanted pests.

Buses can be delayed en-route due to ad hoc events or accidents.

as for 10 mins, it's scheduled based on int departure. It could become 11 mins en-route due to traffic condition.

Sometimes can't blame them cos the whole 10 mins freq is not explained well by e mini star or scholar planners.

1) Peak direction only and it's only for 1 hr slot. Opp direction should/ must not have overloading.

2) 10 mins is based on from Int departure. Arrival timing along the way varies depending on traffic condition, passenger load.
