The advertising of buses is charged at a rate, not sure if new
buses gets charged higher.
Let's say I (as an advertiser) wants to advertise my stuff on a
bendy, (lets take TIB1220H) I will pay the rate for
advertising on a bendy, not any higher I suppose.
