Much as we can convince SMRT why they should get double deckers,
The decision is still theirs to begin with, not forgetting some
factors in consideration.
They're no longer going to be building bendy friendly bus
interchanges anymore. We do not have space for them to flood.
Imagine BNL Int. Can SMRT handle 179A, 254, 255, 257's crowd,
fleet, freq requirement? I think in no time, the bendies would
create a big mob.
I hate to mention tis, Woodlands Int's mess is created by
SMRT.
If the bus svs is not efficiency, call it seamless transfer.
It's well contradicting to the nation's policy.
Ironically SMRT is a GLC and it's a former Stat Board. Even if
the mgmt wasn't from the Stat Board, the GLC linkage is not going
to run away.
