She's just absolutely mental or just having an urgent ,
desperate cry for help.Imagine a poor old man, no money , no home,
no food. Just strip naked , pretend he has mental illness, walk on
streets, then get arrested and land in IMH or prison...hey at
least he will still get free food, lodging and shelter (though
lousy standard one) in the end.
