Sea Urchin is found usually when you go to a Japanese resturant for seafood Laughing

They do sell sea urchin sashimi at Medi-ya supermarket too

I never knew it is edible. I eat sea cucumber FYI.

1. bamboo clam with sambal chilli
2. claypot beancurd with roast pork and sea cucumber
3. grilled scallops in cream cheese sauce
4. sea bass baked in rock salt
5. chilli crab
