No, i believe you couldn't. Even if you could, you will
experience an incredibly low fps. Below 10.
The only way for you to play is to get a new video card. You
could get low range cards nowadays like Geforce 210, GT220, etc
can play CBS2010, however you will experience low
fps if you want to run it at high settings + high
resolution.
If your computer is incredibly ancient still running a Pentium
II/III/IV, AGP/IGP video card and less than 2GB of RAM, my advice
to you is to change the entire system.
