dork3d SG Sounds like it's a chocolate fondue... Banana tastes a bit weird, strawberries are nicer when comes to fondue...
39th SG It is something common. Some places they served fruits and ice cream cubes to dip in hot chocolate sauce. Fruits like apples, bananas, strawberries etc. Hagen das is one of the place.
casshern SG yeah it will be like chocolate fondue, in fact many high class restaurants serve this. u get all kinds of fruits to dip in holt melted black choc, peach, apples, bananas, durian ,ok i was kidding about the durian but u get the idea.
ch33zekake SG though i am a cheesecake freak but seriously banana n chocolate taste nice! It does not taste weird at all. Not forgetting to mention banana chocolate (cheese)cake is nice. ~A thick layer of banana cheesecake beneath a lip-smacking layer of chocolate hazelnut ganache~
ch33zekake SG Actually i dun like bananas too.. but when it is made into cheesecake the taste automatically blends together... and it tasted rather special plus garnish is a thinly slice piece of banana coated with sugared caramel... crisp on the outside soft on the inside... even my folks who doesnt like cheesecake like this too.. however make sure it is baked cheesecake n not a no-bake cheesecake. The taste is completely different.
casshern SG sounds very good, anywhere i can get that cake? cos i'm kinda abit of like bananas and cheesecakes
casshern SG oh yes i saw them in the department stores, but the price for the choc everything u want to have a fondue is
