RapidKL Part 1: Iveco Turbocities
Back in March, There wasn't a lot of the Turbocities running
around. This was a while after an article was posted regarding
RapidKL's decision to dump hundreds of buses at a yard. Now,
they're everywhere, in varying states and conditions.
I 040 is a slightly refurbished unit, where the windows have
been replaced. Other than that, the interior seemed untouched, and
so did the exterior.
This Turbocity (sorry for the block) received some mid-life
refurbishments, including new interior, A/C unit (Sutrak) and front
as well as new EDS units.
This unit received a slightly different front, using a 2 piece
windshield instead of a single piece. Also, this windshield doesn't
extend to the EDS. This unit also received a Denso(?)
A/C.
