agree. however i've only sat Daewoo CNg bus. and yesh it sounds
like one of them b10BLE.
Doubt is "repackaged as u say". Daewoo is home grown brand. more
remodelled after jap buses i think.
As for coach, Hyundai is very smooth n low toned soft. a bit of
scania tone.
The Kia granbird coach sounds like a loud MAN.
actually, i spent 3 weeks in korea, so yea, had lots of time
identifying those things..
ok firstly. i took a ride on the public buses. most of them
older daewoos and hyundais. and also the newer CNG's. didnt really
know my way around so while we were in the city, during the night
while the rest of the tour grp were slping, me and a kid from
another family went out, took ride on the public bus with the tour
guide. yes, i hihgly think the daewoo is very B10BLE-ish, highly
likely to be a rebadged b10b. not only is the sound the one giving
out its status, the rims design, the axles and hub also look
exactly a la B10BLE. we had the chance to ride on both KIA and
hyundai coaches, so yes, very fortunate. the hyundais all sound
like mitsu fusos, and have fuso-like rims also. probably rebadged
fuso ba.
the KIA are the one that sounds rare. the granbird I all sounds
like MAN, roar of the radiator quite loud and hihg pitched, while
the granbird II have rather scania-ish sounds.
