that kind of generalised observation does not confirm anything,
even if there is the idea that sending 8030L for repairs at Volvo
W/S always mean one bus down for SLBP holding fleet. neither do
words like "i believe", urging & playing slide show mean there
will be a 100 percent response rate by the workshop, unless you
have the data to back it up.
same applies to Stage. maybe the workshop responded by putting
it up for non-critical scheduled works?
Personally, I had seen and heard how they response to fault.
