Interesting photograph. The bus condition looks good enough to
be a brand new bus. AFAIK the rego plates are always put back in
after refurbishment, sometimes driven around with trade plates.
If this is a new bus, where's the trade plate? If it's an
existing bus, why the rego plate is missing? Hmm..
