Why are they issueing bonds for? Repay their debts ah?
Just read their Annual Report 2009...and saw that the company
policy is not to participate in financial deravatives unless for
hedging. Abit ironic haha... guess they really need some cash.
it's not any form of deravatives..
it's just a simple bond, tat I need tis amount within a short
span of yrs.
