WAs should be fully retired by end of Apr as SBS234T and
SBS237K lifespan ends 2 May 2010.
all the perm O405 WAs in svc as of today. SBS278S not in
svc for now for today but might come out later, a
possiblity that it might be retired as well but not
confirmed yet.
