Shouldn't it be 0, if starting is 1?

1st number is 0, 2nd number is 1. merge both of them and you get 01. what i was referring to is 00, as what you have said in your previous post, where you said that the starting is also 0.

Don't forget CSS205R and CSS207K went MIA for 2 months just because of grand refurbishment. They went missing during their original deregistration date.

But I don't think this will happen to those WLDEP UDs since they have enough buses to replace them.

its not well-liked. people should speak of things only if they know and not perceived assumptions. and when they go wrong, they learn to recognise it. like for me and my usage of fatal in the accident thread, i recognise the mistake and admit the wrong terminology and usage posed.
