TIB 527E on AMDEP/YIBP 854 has been confirmed- I have observed this bus over a long term and noticed it has been plying 854 very often. As for TIB527E on 969, it is a cameo. TIB527E is also on revenue service so much of the time it should not be a spare bus after all. Thus, TIB527E (AMDEP SPAMDEP/YIBP 854)
