That's probably to tekan them for all the times they poked fun of the people at the top during their performances.

So, did both DSD and PCK manage to earn more money after publicizing the campaign? Or did they do so in voluntary without getting any pay after that?

Transport Minister...can I suggest something?

Actually what you do, taking a bus etc...is already proactive by the bus company and your man.

What you really need is go by yurself without telling the bus operators and your man. Only then you will be able to tell the truth colour.

What you do now cannot really tell you the story, machiam yellow colour, you see brown colour.

Dear commoners,

It is impossible that I will be taking a bus or MRT without informing the company.

By doing that, I am open to all possible harm, which, in term, will incur more tax players money if they need to play for my medical fees.

With the press report, it served as a evidence that I have shown sincere concerns to walk the ground and understand the real situation.

By informing the respective company, they can prepare themselves to address any queries that I will raise to improve the service standard.

LOL... Today i saw three 960 bendies appearing within a span of 5 minutes during PM peak towards Woodlands ... last bus was half filled...

I think SMRT doing its best to prevent the public from stomping poor frequencies and overloading on 960 (especially after the Transport Minister has confirmed the "bus wasnt full" and commuters are just picky.)

SINGAPORE: Transport Minister Raymond Lim on Monday travelled on bus service 960 to observe for himself the frequency and passenger load situation in Bukit Panjang, after services were increased during the morning peak period since July.

Photos of Mr Lim's visit with officials were posted on the ministry's Facebook page.

Mr Lim was also in Bukit Panjang to look at improvements made to the bus stop in front of Block 270, which had been extended and had an arrival information panel installed.

The ministry said the situation in the area has improved.

Commuters can now use the real-time bus arrival information to decide if they want to board a bus that has arrived or wait for the next one.

Passengers are also able to board or alight the bus easily, as there's no tailback of waiting buses, as was the case in the past.

The ministry said Mr Lim makes such unannounced trips on buses and trains to get a better feel of the situation on the ground.

It also helps officials see first-hand the impact of measures implemented to improve the public transport system.

Mr Lim last visited the same area in June.

Mr Lim looked happy while standing inside the bus. I wonder if he will still smile if he did this everyday. I’m waiting for him to comment that SMRT should start buying double-decker buses to increase the chances of getting a seat and ask our bus operators to look at HK as our role models.

Their route mgmt is reviewed regularly... The only issue is always literally with e to our local context MP or grassroots.

Other than MTR interference, their routing is quite well done, but tat said we do not have tat many semi expressways around e island.

Thats because I have already been to HK to try out their bus networks and I'm really impressed! Second, majority of HK public buses are double-deckers and frequency is generally high too; hence more chances of getting a seat - hence better service! If our govt is sincere to persuade car owners give up their cars for public transport, then I think they got to minimise the chances of people standing during a bus journey; and ADDs is a good solution. Worse still, the new single-deck buses got fewer seats than the older ones due to WAB requirements. I'm also impressed with the HK minibuses but doubt it will work in Spore.
