I hope the government doesn't force them to cancel the
service.
I know the Chinatown CBD2 service after 5.30 to end of service at
7.30 takes up a lot of office workers, who then connect RWS to the
other shuttles(myself included, frequent user of the last RWS-bound
shuttle from Buddha Tooth Relic Temple 
).
Seriously, as I tell my other colleagues, I'd rather go through
the inconvenience of having to detour through RWS, but pay next to
nothing and get a "GUARANTEED" reclining seat in a coach for the
RWS to Tampines/Bedok leg. Oh and not forgetting to mention, peak
hour train service from Tanjong Pagar to East/West is hell from
5.30p.m to 8p.m. Why pay for a service when you have to suffer a
bit more when you can have a less strenous alternative?
