if i not wrong the other side of yellow 405 plate is covered with pure yellow sticker

btw, the interchange layout in all SBST info panels got 4 stickers covering the 4 services at sawtooth area. whats with another one goes to?

It's covered riaos

Beats me though I noticed there's 4 svs being covered. However, the indv sv info board dun have provision for another service other than 179 & 199.

Oh yes, 179 & 199 has now moved to B3. 179A remains at B4

When you go nearer to the signboard for the berth, you can see that

B1 is for 179A

B3 is for 179

B4 is for 199

Which is the empty place other then those three?

There's a 4th queue line at B2, which is likely for 179A. The yellow queue line does not extend all the way and no board has been put up.

On the signboard, the sticker was only on B1, B3 and B4. Maybe is a future service that SBS had plan. You can go to Boon Lay Interchange and see it.

At around 1 p.m, I saw a service 30 double deck bus with ads parking at the sawtooth area.

Staff directing buses to let any reversing buses from end on berths while buses wait for respective berths for alighting during PM peak.

the new interchange is clean and comfortable. spick and span... well-lit. personally don't like sengkang int. worst a/c int if i had to choose.

definitely cannot take 179A load even if it were to switch over to the new int next year.

comfortable to wait. but as i was waiting, my mind was thinking the bus is taking too long to come and no amount of aircon will cool me down. all i want is the bus to come, hello. where's the bus?!

so yes. all those residents in the newspaper articles saying "wah comfortable. got aircon." will only be like that for the first few minutes. when their bus comes late they'll make noise.

if they shift 2 svs ove to saw tooth, saw tooth is going to start having parking problem as well

interchange way too small

but at least there are more parking lots at sawtooth area.. and easier for the bus to find a lot than at the end on berth...and no need to turn in/reverse out and wait for empty slot..

but Joo Koon is not a proper terminal either

it's a bus park, Buona Vista style. boarding still ish from Joo Koon MRT

imagine so many private buses blocking the way for 172, 178, 180, 187, 194, 240 to enter the bus bay..

That time I want to take the photo of Ikea buses. It is very difficult because all the private buses block the view. Got one time, the driver have to come out and see if anyone want to go to Ikea . The driver walk one round at the bus stop and asked the private buses to move in front a little.
