The amdep fire shouldnt happen in the first place.
amdep fire -> investigation period -> need to have more
transparency at depot -> cut away all the shrubs that line the
fencing of the depot -> shrubs = plants = trees -> payback
for cutting away the 20 year shrubs at amdep -> 174 @ Bt Timah +
166 @ Buona Vista Flyover + 87 @ Bedok North.
Combine the shrub problem and the recent rain spells will also
get (174 @ Bt Timah + 166 @ Buona Vista Flyover + 87 @ Bedok
North).

logic is flawed but at least it makes sense.
should blame that two guys who go and vandalise the SMRT depot.
Now SBST go cut away all the shrubs that line the fence of AMDEP,
and even chop down a lot of old trees along the fence and they
replace the fence with those seen at Army camp.. and add in many
CCTVs.
anyway, SMRT AMKDEP also remove all the shrubs along its fence
these few days. think its fence will get changed also.
