DBTF: Distance discrepency

For those who feel that the distance reflected is not correct.

1) Sv 160/ 170X: WDL CIQ <> Woodlands Rd. 1.2km/ 1.3km vs 170's Opp Blk 1A to WDL CIQ 1.1km.

2) Woodlands Int > Kranji Stn: 3.4km.

3) Woodlands Ave 3/ Opp Blk 402 > Marsiling MRT: 0.2km

I still find the distance fare calculation confusing.

For eg; Trip 1 - svc 961: Boat Quay to WDL Int - 29.7km - $1.83

Trip 2 - svc 858: WDL Int to opp SBW MRT - 5.4km - $0.05

Trip 3 - svc 167: SBW Int to Connaught Dr - 24.1km - $0.09

Total Distance - 59.2km; Total fare charged - $1.97

According to Basic Bus Services fare guide, the max fare is $1.94 (>40.2km).

How come there is a 3-cent extra charged in this scenario?
