Bus arrival time prediction question

If bus arrival prediction accuracy is 90% +- 1 minute(for example) ,it can be explained as it will be 1 inaccurate information and 9 accurate predicted arrival time(within 1 minute error) when panel refeshes ten times, How much delay or inaccuracy will you expect for 1 inaccurate information?What's your tolerance for the inaccurate information?

We are doing research on bus arrival prediction, appreciate if you can share with us some advices.:)

If you are actually referring to those arrival boards put up at major bus stops, the accurancy of these boards are actually +- 3mins.

Currently the accuracy is +-3mins, +-1 mins is an example, we want to know how commuters think about inaccurate information caused by some reasons, how much delay is within tolerance if it can not reach +-1 mins or +-3 mins.

i was waiting for service 31 at the bus stop outside tanah merah mrt station. the panel showed 5 mins when the bus arrived. thats +- 5 mins.

worse is when system says ""5mins > Arr > (jump back to) 15mins" and no bus arrive at all

then panel shows 2mins for bus A, 5mins for bus B, then Bus B comes first although A and B coming fro same place
