spotted CSS194M with blue trade plate on monday at around 12.30
noon along Kranji Road, returning to KJDEP... bus exterior look
brand new, look like just have been given a new coat of paint.
suspect that it have been refurnished.. and might be back on
service or training duty...
few weeks back, did spot it turn out of KJDEP with blue trade plate
as well. That time it was in bad condition. This was already
deregistered in late march 2010 accordingly to OM.
Looks like SMRT is going to re-register the bus
