I just love the ELBOs.I hope SMRT will keep some units and refurbish them.

I like ELBO too, but seems that SMRT not going to keep them.

If SMRT willing to re-reg UDs and refurbished them, why they nv consider refurbished ELBO? ELBOs are newer than O405, but get the boot 1st.

i believe to SMRT, Scania N113CRL is much more difficult to maintain compared to a UD.

Looks like SMRT is going to re-register the bus

should be. i think more Nissan will be put back on the road. Today i also saw TIB1255 along woodlands ave 3 (near Marsiling MRT) at around 1.45pm with blue trade plate heading to WLDEP. Bus also look refurnished and repainted/restickered (either one).. So there is high chance that those nissan those got deregistered in Apr/May will be back on service or as training buses.

733B,730J,746P,961J,832Z,533L*,762S These are the cameos for 178 for the past 7 weeks, closing to 2 months so high chance they wont. (178 mercz full day cameos, 730J,746P,832Z took the AM10/PM10 Slot, 961J took the AM11/PM11 slot,762S took the AM05/PM06 slot, which is done by 1255H previously.)

Seems perms over perms is the solution for 178, but random cameos will rule for 5 days inclusive of weekends, 'bonus' 7 days if any of the scanias underwent refurbishment.

Saw TIB365E on 853 just now, it look as new and shiny as a new bus. Hope interior was also refurbished too.
