You could have easily rephrased the sentence in a way that it
looks more like a question than as if you are telling us it's on
lay-up
e.g. "Is TIB375B on non user lay up status?" rather than
"TIB375B WLDEP 178 = Non user lay-up status till ?? ?? ??"
