OM 906 (h)LA = 6374 cc
OM 926 LA = 7201 cc
OM 457 (h)LA = 11967 cc
Engine code does not necessarily equate to engine model /
designation.
You got your point here. Besides from what we see on
Mercedes-Benz sites, they only have the OM 906 hLA noted.
But on my own learning curve, this is not going to stop here. I
will put forth my question to the Daimler staff tomorrow at the
launch. This is not a challenge; we all learn the correct way. Just
like some people are arguing whether local OC500LE come from Brazil
or Spain... I will post the info I get tomorrow here or share with
you through PM.
I pride myself for identifying local Mercedes-Benz bus engines,
however I should also note that I should not have an inflated ego.
